Update fixes

This merge request addresses, and describes the problem or user story being addressed.

Changes Made

• clean endpoints description
• update [GET] ProjectResource endpoint input
• fix multiple small bugs
• change NoResult to Status403Forbidden if the user has no permission
• add Accept/Reject public endpoints with limited validity
