FileNotFound Error on new installation of owilix (.owi missing)

After a new installation of owilix, there is FileNotFound Error: No such File or Directory "/home/user/.owi/owilix.cfg". The error occured on my machine and was reproduced by Rigon. A simple work around is to create manually the directory "~/.owi". Then everything works well. So a fix should be easy by checking if the .owi directory exists before using it.
